WATERFRONT GRAND COVE, 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath summer home sleeps 4-5 equipped for comfortable family vacation. One bedroom has queen bed the other bedroom has twin beds, and the living room has a sleep sofa. TV, cable, VCR, phone, air conditioning, heat, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, pillows and blankets provided. No linens or towels, no maid service. Additional outdoor enclosed hot and cold shower. Outdoor grill, picnic table and screened breezeway. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Last property on a dead end street makes this very safe for children and quiet for the wildlife that abounds in the marsh and river. Deck with unobstructed views of Bass River and salt marsh. 50 feet to waters edge for swimming, fishing and exploring. Under one mile to the warm water of West Dennis Beach, marina, public boat launch, bike trail, shopping and fine dining nearby. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday,a deposit is required to hold dates.
